This evening’s Memorial Service at 6.00pm is an opportunity to remember loved ones who have died at any time in the past. There is a list at the back of the church for you to put down the names of anyone that you would particularly like to be mentioned. This service is open to all who would like to attend.
It is still not too late to ‘sign up for’ the ‘Challenging Lifestyles’ course, presented by Nicky Gumbel, which starts on Wednesday at 11.30am. We will watch the DVD over coffee, and then have a discussion over a shared lunch. Please let me know if you would like to join us.
If you can help with this week’s ‘Big Church Clean’, at a time to suit you, please sign the list at the back of the church. Thank you.
The Rev. Annabel Barber, who is a Hospital Chaplain and Retreat leader, is planning a Day of Reflection for Advent entitled: ‘Waiting with Mary’, which will be held at our Church Hall on Saturday, 3rd December from 10.00am – 3.30pm. Please consider coming along to what promises to be an excellent time of preparation in our hearts for the ‘coming of Christ’.
Charles Patrick, Rector.
