Enthronement of the new Bishop of Lincoln
We are running the ‘Challenging Lifestyles’ course, presented by Nicky Gumbel, from Wednesday at 11.30am. We will watch the DVD over coffee, and then have a discussion over a shared lunch. The course will be held at the Vicarage, and if you would like to take part please let me know.
Next Sunday’s Memorial Service at 6.00pm is an opportunity to remember loved ones who have died at any time in the past. There is a list at the back of the church for you to put down the names of anyone that you would particularly like to be mentioned. This service is open to anyone who would like to attend.
We are holding a ‘Big Church Clean’ from the 7th November. If you can help, please sign the list at the back of the church. Thank you.
Rosemary Field, Music Development Officer for the diocese, is organizing a ‘All Saints’, All Souls’ and Remembrance-tide service’ at All Saints’ Church, Nettleham on Thursday, 10th November at 7.30pm, to which all are welcome.
During October our Mothers’ Union group are holding a collection for the Women’s Refuge in Lincoln of Toiletries and Hand Towels. Your donations will be gratefully received.
