If you are interested in taking part in the ‘Challenging Lifestyles’ course presented by Nicky Gumbel please let me know. The course will be spread over three terms of six sessions each. It could be run during the daytime if that would suit more people? Please consider joining in – the material is excellent, and promises to provide a wonderful fillip to our faith.

We look forwards to hearing from Jack during the ‘Spotlight’ event next Sunday afternoon. He will be telling us about his travels to Ethiopia, as he accompanied David Young of the charity ‘Point of Contact’ there earlier in the year. The afternoon is open to anyone who would like to attend, and will be accompanied by drinks and cakes served at the back of the church.

During October our Mothers’ Union group are holding a collection for the Women’s Refuge in Lincoln of Toiletries and Hand Towels. Your donations will be gratefully received.

Charles Patrick, Rector.
